Dead Valley Lodge is inside the Namib-Naukluft Park, between Sesriem and Elim Dune. It is one of only two lodges whose guests may access the park an hour before sunrise and stay until an hour after sunset.
The lodge opened on 1 July 2019 and has 20 en-suite rooms with air-conditioning. It runs on full board, with a restaurant, a bar and a pool, and offers guided drives to Sossusvlei, Sesriem Canyon and Elim Dune.
